Your Role

We are now looking for our next skilled employee in Indirect Procurement. The organization currently consists of inventory operations, operational and strategic procurement, as well as processes and tools that support our operations. You will work towards a sustainable supply chain and ensure governing documents such as policies, instructions, processes, and tools within Alleima at both global and local levels.

In the role of Sustainability Specialist in Procurement, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring cross-functional relationships within Alleima.

- Contributing and creating conditions for compliance with Alleima Procurement Policy and Alleima Sustainability Policy.

- The sustainability work within procurement and the supply chain, such as: Identifying, developing, and implementing methods to minimize risks for Alleima related to procurement and suppliers.

Participating in the implementation of new and upcoming legislation affecting procurement related to sustainability.

Following up on relevant KPIs related to sustainability.

Collaborating and providing support to buyers, orderers, and suppliers to integrate sustainability into procurement work.

Relevant sustainability reporting related to suppliers, e.g., annual reports, audits from Ecovadis, etc.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to promote sustainability goals.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have a relevant education at the post-secondary level in sustainability, procurement, economics, logistics, or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience from roles in similar areas such as project management, quality and environmental management systems, process development, or implementation of processes and tools. Experience in sustainability within the supply chain is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, characterized by your communication style, drive, problem-solving ability, curiosity in the field, and collaboration skills. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of a company in a large organization and its activities. As we operate in an international group, you need good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
