ABOUT THE POSITION
As a service desk employee, you are the first point of contact for the company's employees regarding IT-related issues. The role involves contact with users both in and outside of Sweden, and the work is done in two shifts with working hours between 07:00 and 23:00. The work within 1st-line support often follows clear routines, making this role perfect for you who want to build your knowledge and experience in IT support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Investigate IT-related issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Log calls and emails in the ticketing system
- Support users with questions regarding technical equipment and internal IT systems
- Forward more complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line support
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience in customer service via email and phone
- Has a strong technical interest and a desire to work with IT
- Is comfortable speaking on the phone and enjoys having many points of contact
- Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English as it is required for documentation and customer contact
For this role, we see it as an advantage if you have previously worked with similar tasks and/or have experience working with hardware.
Knowledge can be obtained through education, experience, or self-learning.
