We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing care and support to our elderly at Ekan in beautiful Arvidsjaur!

As a nursing assistant at Ekan, you will play an important role in creating a safe and pleasant environment for our elderly. Ekan is one of the municipality's smallest special accommodations with 8 places.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support in daily life.
• Participate in planning and implementation of care and support measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and nurses to ensure good care quality.
• Document and report in accordance with applicable routines.

Desired Qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education or other relevant education in care and support.
• Good collaboration skills and an empathetic approach.
• Ability to adapt your working methods and work person-centered based on each care recipient's needs.

The current position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Within the position, you may need to work at another workplace based on your area of expertise.
