We are looking for
We are now looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. It is an advantage if you have specialist training in clinical adult psychology or psychological treatment and/or psychotherapy. We would also like you to have experience working with individuals with complex psychiatric issues, psychosis, or substance abuse issues, as well as experience with forensic populations.

This is what you will work with
The Forensic Psychiatry in Öjebyn receives patients sentenced to forensic psychiatric care and also has assignments for the Correctional Service. We are about 150 employees who together run a broad and specialized operation with around 55 inpatient places and about 30 patients in outpatient care. Our operations include an outpatient team, an intake department, four class 2 departments, and one class 3 department.
As a psychologist with us, you will have a varied and meaningful job with the patient in focus. You will be an important part of the interdisciplinary team and contribute your psychological expertise throughout the care chain – from assessment to treatment and rehabilitation.
Your main tasks include:
• Psychological assessments and evaluations
• Psychological treatment
• Risk assessments
• Supervision and consultation to colleagues

Information about the position
We are now offering a permanent full-time position where the working hours are scheduled during the day. Start as soon as possible or according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Due to the nature of the work and security requirements, applicants to our organization must be prepared to provide a criminal record extract.
