The facility is located at Malmuddsvägen 2 in Luleå and has 36 apartments. At the workplace, you will work together with a group of wonderful and competent colleagues to contribute to meaningfulness for the residents.

Job Responsibilities

The work as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant with us is varied, and you will work to ensure that the residents can live as dignified and independent lives as possible despite any disabilities and/or illnesses. You will work in a team with various professional roles to provide the best possible support to the residents based on their needs, resources, and possibilities according to PPP (Practical Professional Planning). With the resident in focus and with the support of our common values, you will work to develop well-planned and flexible solutions tailored to individual needs. You will thus work with personal care, mobilization and transfer, social support, and medication management. Documentation is also an important part of the job, and you are responsible for documenting in Combine according to the Social Services Act.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, you should:

• Have experience working in care and support
• Have good digital skills
• Have completed and can present approved grades in Swedish at least equivalent to grade 9

It is an advantage if you are a trained certified nursing assistant. As a person, you are considerate, relationship-building, and you handle situations calmly, even when there is a lot going on around you, and you face both stress and setbacks with a good attitude.
