Sales and Service Technician – Process Water

About the Position

As a Sales and Service Technician in Process Water, you will work with water treatment for boilers, cooling, and hot water systems. The purpose is to optimize and ensure safe and efficient operations for our customers.

We work closely with our customers and provide services in the form of analyses, consultation, problem-solving, dosing equipment, filters, JAR tests, chemical cleanings, and customized basic training. The area of responsibility may change over time as the department develops and grows.

Job Responsibilities

The role includes both practical and administrative work, including:

• Customer-related travel within the area of responsibility, with occasional overnight stays per month

• Practical work at customer sites in the form of analyses, consultation, problem-solving, chemical cleanings, and training

• Documentation of service visits and assignments

• Invoicing of completed assignments

• Establishment and updating of service agreements

• Quotation work

• Planning of service visits and new visits

• Monthly reporting to the immediate manager

Regular working hours are 07:00–16:00. Overtime and varying working hours may occur.

Areas of Responsibility

You are responsible for actively contributing to the development of your area, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This means that you:

• Work towards set financial goals and results through upselling to existing customers and new sales to new customers

• Maintain good dialogue and relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues

• Contribute to good cohesion and work for the benefit of the group

• Report completed projects and assignments in a structured and professional manner

• Invoice assignments quickly and commercially

• Drive development and improvement work towards customers and follow up to ensure we deliver the quality and level promised in our agreements

• Work safely and according to applicable safety and order regulations, including risk assessments before assignments

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a combined role where technology, service, and sales meet. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building trust with customers. With a business-oriented approach and a genuine interest in technology, you contribute to both customer benefit and profitability.

We would like you to have:

• Technical education or equivalent experience in areas such as process water, plumbing, energy, chemistry, or industrial systems

• Experience in service work and/or technical sales

• Good communication skills and experience in building long-term customer relationships

• A structured working method and the ability to work independently

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have experience in water treatment, chemical handling, boilers, cooling, or hot water systems. We place great emphasis on your personality and your willingness to develop and learn together with us.
