The elderly care sector is currently seeking eight nursing assistants for our operations within elderly homes and home care. The positions are distributed as follows:

• Center home care: 1 day/evening
• Gudmundrå home care: 2 day/evening
• Kvarnbacken elderly home: 2 day/evening
• Kaptenen elderly home: 2 day/evening, 1 night

All positions involve work during both weekdays and weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, you work with a person-centered approach based on the unique needs of the users. The assignment includes being a primary care contact for a number of users.

Welfare technology is something we work a lot with, and the use of technical solutions is a natural part of our working method. It is part of our thinking when we meet the needs of citizens. Welfare technology is an important part of our systematic work environment efforts, where we work smarter to become more efficient. We are in the process of installing medication robots in home care to facilitate the handling of medications while making life more independent for our users.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• has a care education equivalent to nursing assistant (certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare required)
• has previous work experience in care and nursing
• is computer literate
• master the Swedish language in both speech and writing

A driving license (B) is required for positions in home care.
