We are now looking for an Operations Manager for our operations in Rosersberg. The job involves coordinating and planning daily operations based on the allocated resources within your area of responsibility together with other Operations Managers and the Site Manager. Continuously, together with the respective Customer Service/Administrator and the customer, plan upcoming activities within your area of responsibility. Be responsible for ensuring that information from management is communicated to Team Leaders and employees in a professional manner and that any actions are followed up and adhered to. Be responsible for changes in daily resource planning and prioritizations together with other Operations Managers and the Site Manager. Maintain close collaboration with Team Leaders for each process. Be responsible for the processes within your sub-area and ensure that the process is continuously measured and controlled, with regard to KPIs, metrics, and key figures, as well as setting daily goals for your sub-area. Be responsible for reporting results for the assigned area of responsibility through established and current reports, with the support of Customer Service/Administrator if one is assigned, and check and correct time stamps. Be responsible for continuously monitoring open orders and journals in NYCE, with the support of Customer Service/Administrator if one is assigned. Ensure that employees wear protective clothing and the right equipment and that applicable safety regulations are followed. Support other departments and Operations Managers as needed. Be responsible for attendance control (both employees and hired staff).

You should be familiar with similar tasks and able to work in a fast-paced environment. It is important that you have a good sense of order and are efficient, meticulous, and structured in your work approach. We expect you to actively work on continuously streamlining flows and processes. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the transport sector or have previously worked with the WMS system NYCE Logic, AS eManager, or the TA system Nshift that we use in our daily operations.

It is important that you are easy to collaborate with and are used to working in a team where everyone strives towards the same goal. You are a good role model and contribute to a positive atmosphere. As an Operations Manager, you should also be customer-oriented and service-minded with good communication skills. This position requires proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Flexibility is required regarding tasks, working hours, and department changes. Shift work may occur. Overtime work may occur.
