Account Manager in Digital Marketing

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Own the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to meetings, quotes, and signing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Work towards clear goals and KPIs and continuously follow up on leads and activities.
  • Manage your own customer portfolio and ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Be part of an engaged and performance-driven team with high ambitions.

You will have a daily routine that combines new customer acquisition, customer meetings, business development, and relationship building – in an environment where pace, collaboration, and the will to win are in focus.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a person who wants to move forward and enjoys working towards clear goals. Experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to succeed weigh even heavier.

We believe that you:

  • Have at least 1-2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Have worked with outbound/proactive sales.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
  • Are results-oriented, social, and self-driven.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment with clear goals.

A background in performance environments — such as sports, competition, or other goal-oriented contexts — is seen as a plus.
