Do you want to work in a high-tech and quality-controlled production environment within Life Science?
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible production technician who wants to work with production and material flows in Uppsala.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a production technician, you will work closely with production and be responsible for material flows to and from the production lines. The role is broad and includes inventory management, transportation, administration in business systems, as well as working according to GMP and other quality systems.
The position is a consulting assignment via Academic Work, where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on-site at our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
You will work with:
Inventory and Material Management
- Goods reception and receiving controls (including ID checks and sample collection)
- Picking and packing for production
- Handling of internal material withdrawals, returns, and disposal
- Receiving and inspecting finished products
- Inventory counts (wall-to-wall and top items)
Transport & Logistics
- Internal transport between warehouses and production lines
- Sending finished products to external warehouse partners (3PL)
- Creating shipping documents, customs invoices, and ADR documents
- Booking transport and managing pallet pools
Systems, Quality & Safety
- Reporting transactions in the business system M3
- Working with handheld devices and label printing
- Ensuring correct documentation according to GMP/cGxP
- Following SHE policy and stopping work in case of quality or safety risks
- Daily inspection of forklifts and participation in audits
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed high school education
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
It is a merit if you have:
- Experience with GMP or similar quality systems
- Forklift experience
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured. You thrive on routines but are also flexible and enjoy collaborating with others. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
