About the Role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may occur such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.

The position is part-time up to full-time, with evening and weekend work possible. We apply permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. We may also seek hourly employees at a lower working degree. The location is Borås.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You thrive in the role of corporate representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means that you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are responsive to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language.
