The Community Planning Department is responsible for physical community planning, technical management of properties and streets, cleaning and meal services, as well as handling matters within the planning and construction area. The Community Planning Department consists of five units: planning, construction and MEX, cleaning, two meal units, and the technical unit which includes streets/parks and properties.

You will be an important part of a dedicated team of cleaners who together create a pleasant and good working environment in our operations.

Currently, there are 24 cleaners and one staffing administrator working in the cleaning department. We perform cleaning in all types of operations in the areas of Dingle, Hedekas, Hällevadsholm, and Munkedal. Our main mission is to conduct professional and efficient cleaning with a focus on quality, working environment, and collaboration.

Job Description

As a cleaner, you are responsible for daily cleaning according to work schedules and instructions. You work independently in various municipal operations, but you are part of a group where we support each other. Work takes place during the day, starting between 06:00 and 07:00. You will perform daily cleaning and periodic maintenance, using both manual methods and cleaning machines, as well as delivering good service and interacting with customers and colleagues in everyday life. The work is physical, varied, and requires both flexibility and good physical condition – rotation between workplaces is part of the daily work.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience and knowledge in cleaning.
• master the Swedish language both orally and in writing.
• has a B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• has basic computer skills and can handle digital devices.
