Job Description

We at Rällsögården are now looking for a dedicated property caretaker to become part of our team. We are looking for someone with an interest in property maintenance who wants to contribute to our operations that are of great importance to society. As a property caretaker and system administrator at Rällsögården, you will be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the property and security systems. You will work with reporting issues to property owners, ordering and following up with contractors, local responsibility for security systems, systematic fire protection work, and maintenance of Rällsögården's vehicles. You will also work as the institution's system administrator, where you will handle IT support, account management, and ordering certain technical equipment for the institution.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education
• Experience from a similar role and tasks
• Category B driver's license
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Employment:

The position is a summer temporary position full-time from June to August. The position is scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
