This is what you will do

In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for assortment, campaigns, pricing, analysis, and follow-up with our external customers. The work is broad and varied, with both administrative and analytical elements – and a clear customer focus.

You will, among other things:

• Ensure that products are in the right place at the right time through daily follow-up.

• Identify and analyze deviations when something does not go as planned and take responsibility for clarifying causes and driving solutions forward.

• Work administratively and analytically in several systems, focusing on structure, quality, and follow-up.

• Participate in and manage the launch of new items and campaigns.

• Maintain ongoing contact and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal functions such as purchasing and category.

Here, no two days are alike. Variation in volumes, campaigns, and delivery conditions means that the role requires good prioritization skills, personal responsibility, and collaboration with colleagues.

This is what we expect

We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative and analytical role with a clear customer focus, where structure and follow-up are crucial for success. You plan and drive your work independently but understand the value of asking for help and collaborating closely within the team.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in supply chain, purchasing, economics, or equivalent work experience.

• Good proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel.

• Ease in understanding different systems.

To thrive with us, you are:

• Structured and analytical, with the ability to follow up, draw conclusions, and drive processes forward.

• Responsible and self-driven, with good planning skills.

• Communicative and confident in dialogue with customers and suppliers, even in pressured situations, with a solution-oriented and relationship-building approach.

It is advantageous if you have experience with SAP, have worked in an administrative role, or have a background in retail - preferably within grocery retail.

Practical information

• Employment type: Permanent with a six-month probationary period.

• Scope: Full-time.
