Inside Sales Representative at Monteriva
Do you have a drive for sales, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a social environment where coffee is always at the center? We are now looking for a persistent and curious inside sales representative who wants to take the next step and join Monteriva's journey.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As an inside sales representative, you will be an important part of our sales team and responsible for handling incoming business and leads. The focus is on B2B sales, but you will also meet private customers in a retail environment.
You will be located directly adjacent to the store and work closely with colleagues in sales and order reception.
At Monteriva, you will be part of a sales team of about four people. Here, a warm, family-like, and social atmosphere prevails, with many customers, lots of dialogue, and a natural interaction in everyday life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
The role involves a combination of handling customer support issues and actively working with sales. You will be responsible for solving customer problems, answering questions, and proactively offering solutions and products that meet customer needs.
- Follow up and process incoming leads
- Sell coffee solutions, machines, and concepts primarily to corporate clients
- Receive and guide customers visiting the store (including demos and customer meetings, often over a coffee ☕️)
- Work systematically in HubSpot and follow the sales process
- Maintain ongoing contact with both new and existing customers
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Has a driver's license (B)
- Is comfortable using the phone as a work tool
- Has a strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude
- Has an interest in coffee and sales
- Has a basic understanding of technical systems
- Can work independently and in a team
It is an advantage if you have
- Documented experience in sales, preferably B2B
