We are now looking for a cold kitchen chef at Landings Konditori, a traditional pastry shop with its own bakery located in central Uppsala. With us, quality, craftsmanship, and good service are in focus.

About the position

The position comprises 30 hours/week scheduled for about 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday, with possible work every 4th Saturday.

As a cold kitchen chef at Landings, you will be responsible for all sandwich production as well as the preparation of lighter meals such as salads, pies, toast, soup & sandwich cakes. You will be responsible for ordering raw materials, planning & self-checks. The production must be carried out with great care regarding food hygiene and order on work surfaces.

You will work together with the personnel manager for our sandwich & meal assortment and are encouraged to come up with your own ideas and suggestions to develop and adapt the assortment according to the season.

• Is self-driven and can take initiative.
• Has a positive attitude and is meticulous in your work.
• Is responsible, structured, and enjoys early mornings.

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a cold kitchen chef or in a kitchen
• Experience from café, restaurant, pastry shop, or similar business
