Your new job

The position of Service Leader involves a coordinating, responsible, and varied role where you play a key part in our service and after-sales organization. You will work closely with technicians and be responsible for planning, following up, and ensuring the quality of our service assignments. The role includes daily dialogue with both customers and employees, as well as responsibility for creating good structure in the business.

Your tasks will include:

• Planning and coordinating service assignments
• Ongoing contact with technicians and customers
• Follow-up on time, materials, and finances
• Work environment responsibility in your area
• Administrative support and quotation work
• Contributing to good customer relationships and a high level of service

Just like your future colleagues, you will be an important part of ensuring that our deliveries meet Bravida's high standards for quality and safety. The work involves problem-solving, communication, and structure.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with experience in service management or a similar coordinating role, preferably within the technology or installation industry. You need to understand the everyday life of technicians, but you do not need to be an expert in security systems.

We see that you have:

• Several years of experience in service management or equivalent
• Good ability to communicate and build relationships
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Background as a technician in security, electrical, plumbing, or construction
• Experience with access control, locks, or alarms

Personal qualities

As a person, you are humble, secure, and communicative. You thrive in a role where you can combine administration, customer contact, and coordination. You are service-oriented, cooperative, and used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
