YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you are often the first encounter with Mossbylund – and the last memory the guest takes with them. You work in our shared bistro and reception area and have a natural overview of both service, flow, and guest experience. Here, you ensure that every guest feels welcome, seen, and taken care of, whether they come for food, spa, training, conferences, or an overnight stay.

You serve our café, bistro, and conference guests with warmth and presence and guide them through food and drink choices. At the same time, you are responsible for checking in and out of staying guests as well as managing spa, training, and treatment bookings, both on-site and via phone and email.

You also have an eye for detail and ensure that the bistro and spa areas always maintain a high standard and feel inviting according to our routines. At Mossbylund, we help each other across boundaries when needed – always with the guest's experience in focus.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have experience from restaurants and/or hotel reception and thrive in a role where service is at the center. You are comfortable meeting people, work just as well independently as you do with others, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

You are flexible and can work varying hours, focusing on evenings and weekends. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as our working hours do not always coincide with public transport.

If you have experience with VisBook, it is a plus, but not a requirement. Above all, you are a person who spreads calm, warmth, and professionalism – and who wants to help create Mossby magic every day.

We are looking for someone who wants to work 80%, either only during the summer or permanently, with work on both weekdays and weekends.

Salary according to the agreement between HRF and Visita:

Standard From April 1, 2025; 149.46 SEK/h From April 1, 2026; 153.64 SEK/h

With 6 years of experience or more From April 1, 2025; 160.56 SEK/h From April 1, 2026; 167.31 SEK/h

From 18 years From April 1, 2025; 112.42 SEK/h From April 1, 2026; 115.56 SEK/h
