Do you want to work in an environment where no day is the same and where your contribution makes a difference every day? We are now looking for a dedicated nursing assistant for our emergency department.
About us
We are an innovative emergency clinic that prioritizes professional development and change initiatives. It is important that our nursing assistants feel good and secure in their roles. We at the emergency department in Nyköping are convinced that secure and well-being employees provide safe care and secure patients. To facilitate this, we have scheduled internal training every week and a working time model that allows your schedule to provide more time for recovery.
Your responsibilities
As a nursing assistant in the emergency department, you work closely with nurses and doctors, and your main tasks involve caring for acutely ill patients. The work is varied, educational, and demands flexibility and empathy. An incredibly important and rewarding job!
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who has an approved education as a nursing assistant. In addition to your grades as a nursing assistant, you need a certificate of your professional qualification as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate stating that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You are a person with good collaboration skills and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations. Experience in emergency care is an advantage, but your personal qualifications are equally important. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal qualities are highly valued.
Employment form
Permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
