Working at Eksgården is fun, fast-paced, and easy-going. We always put the guest first and work based on quality rather than quantity. During the summer, we have around 30 employees who together create perhaps Öland's coziest country hotel. We are not looking for people with the most impressive CVs, but rather we want to work with individuals who are lively, cheerful, and interested in food and beverages. Previous experience in restaurants and hotels is certainly a merit, but the most important thing is that you, like us, want to make Eksgården a relaxing and lovely place to visit.

We are currently looking for individuals who want to join us primarily during the summer, but for the right person, there is also an opportunity to work in spring and autumn. At Eksgården, we strive to provide the best possible service and always go the extra mile for our guests. You need to love meeting new people, providing personal service, and have an interest in food and beverages. Previous experience in restaurants is a merit, but we always have tasks available for the right person, and we offer ongoing training on-site.
