In our charming castle café, we serve hot and cold food as well as delicious pastries to our summer guests. Gränsö Castle Café is a popular destination with a beach right below the café deck.

We are looking for someone who loves interacting with guests, providing top-notch service, and always delivering that little extra. In the kitchen, hot and cold food is prepared in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Therefore, we are seeking an experienced chef or cold kitchen assistant who has previous experience in similar work.

We are looking for someone who appreciates order and cleanliness, has good knowledge of food and food hygiene. You are used to working at a fast pace and can handle stress. You have an interest in food and enjoy working in the kitchen.

In the kitchen, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients are kept at the correct temperature and conducting self-checks. You are well aware of the importance of good hygiene and maintain order in the kitchen very carefully. You can plan your work well and understand the importance of always staying one step ahead. You are stress-resistant and can keep calm during rushes. You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, but some evenings occur during weeks 28-31 and on weekends. The café is open daily from Midsummer until week 33.
