Who are you?

We are looking for a driven chef to join our summer team who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating delicious food with heart. You are confident in basic kitchen techniques, have a good sense of ingredients and presentation, and work systematically even when things get busy. You are a team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere, takes responsibility for your station, and helps colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and restaurant standards

• Ensure that ingredients are handled hygienically and maintained at the right quality

• Participate in service during lunch and dinner as well as at special events

• Contribute to order and routines in the kitchen and follow HACCP and other guidelines

• Collaborate closely with the head chef and serving team for the best guest experience

We believe you have

• Relevant culinary education or equivalent experience

• Experience from restaurant kitchens, preferably à la carte or hotel kitchens

• High work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to develop

• Good teamwork skills and a sense of service

• Flexibility regarding working hours – days, evenings, and weekends included

About the position

Scope: Fixed-term employment for summer 2026, full-time or part-time as agreed.

Working hours: Varying day/evening shifts as well as weekends. Possibility for accommodation or benefits can be discussed.
