We are looking for a driven and business-oriented Project Purchaser for our new headquarters in Sundbyberg.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Purchaser, you will have a central role where you drive the project's purchasing issues throughout the process from tender to production. You will be responsible for inquiries, tender evaluations, negotiations, contracts, follow-ups, and have the opportunity to influence both the project's and the company's results through your business decisions.

The role of Project Purchaser is independent and involves business-oriented work with the operations in focus. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the site manager, foreman, specialists, and other key personnel, where you contribute your expertise to several parallel projects of varying sizes and complexities. A large part of your time will be spent working with purchasing categories such as construction machinery, staffing, various contracts, consultants, and materials needed within the railway. You will also have close dialogue with other Project Purchasers and Category Purchasers to share experiences and find the right way forward.

With us, you will become an important part of the purchasing organization, where we together drive the work forward based on the group's guidelines.

You will be part of the group's purchasing organization, which is a driven and appreciated team that both enjoys their work and constantly works to create added value and increased quality for the company as a whole. Today, we are a team of 12 purchasers based in different locations. You will report to Infranord's Group Purchasing Manager.

The position is located in Sundbyberg.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in qualified purchasing work within railways, construction, or building operations, as well as experience from similar purchasing categories. You have basic knowledge of construction law, such as AB, ABT, AF, and AMA. You are used to working with project-specific procurements and supporting the estimating department during tender work.

You have a university or college degree in economics, engineering, or another relevant field. You may also have acquired equivalent competence through longer practical experience. Since the position involves coordination, some project management experience and the ability to plan and prioritize both daily and long-term work are required. A success factor for the role is that you are structured, good at communicating to build trust and motivate those around you. You also have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English and possess a high business ethic.

The position requires a B driver's license and may involve business trips with overnight stays a few times a year within Sweden.

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a probationary period.
