Provide the best possible service and professional support to Swedbank customers calling us on the telephone bank.
Create accessibility to the bank's services and products where guidance in digital tools and personal service work together for good customer satisfaction.
Answer questions regarding the bank's product and service offerings and refer customers where licenses are required for deeper advice.
Collaborate and contribute to upselling by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions to exceed customer expectations.
Develop your skills within the banking and finance sector where you encounter new situations and challenges daily.
Have a service- and business-driven focus and enjoy meeting people.
Have previous work experience in service and/or finance-related roles.
Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
Be confident in customer meetings and work goal-oriented with a focus on creating value for the customer.
Be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as well. Working hours vary from 07:45 AM to 08:30 PM on weekdays and weekends.
Adopt a pedagogical approach and communicate clearly to guide customers in the bank's digital tools and find tailored solutions.
Show interest in deepening your knowledge of how the bank combats money laundering and financing of terrorism, and be able to apply this knowledge in every customer meeting.
Enjoy problem-solving and sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and present solutions that fit their situation.
