Do you want to have a wonderful summer in Öland and a real winter in Sälen? Then this job is for you!
We offer an exciting head chef position in one of Sweden's most renowned restaurant companies. We expect you to have previous experience as a head chef. We would like you to have good insight into scheduling, ordering, knowledge of kitchen economics, and enjoy leading and developing a kitchen team. In this position, you will also work on creating new dishes and writing recipes.
A genuine interest in food is a prerequisite for you to function and thrive with us. You should have knowledge of HACCP and appreciate a high level of kitchen hygiene.
The team consists of 12 cooks/kitchen assistants, 1 head chef, 2 sous chefs, and 2 dishwashers.
Of course, we will help you with great accommodation, and there is an opportunity for a permanent position with Öland plus Sälenkrogen.
