We are looking for a new star to join our kitchen team at the southern cell in Mönsterås. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a wonderful meal for our guests at the southern location. Here, we work to prepare food from scratch and seasonally, and we do it with a love for food. Our ambition is to deliver food with quality and precise flavors. We also provide catering to our guests as well as to external customers at the southern location.

About the Role

The position consists of independently and together with our chef, restaurant manager, and three kitchen assistants preparing delicious, well-cooked food. You are responsible for ensuring that it is done according to instructions and with a drive to do your best in the presentation.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months, starting on 9/3 or by agreement. Working hours are 06:45-15:15 Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in food. You are a trained chef with a few years of experience in the kitchen. You are a person who strives for service and quality in everything you do. Furthermore, you understand that service and quality are the most important for our customers to have the absolute best experience from us. You enjoy working in a team where we support each other to create the best possible dining experience for our customers. You have a twinkle in your eye, you are stress-resistant, and you have the ability to step up when needed as we sometimes have a high pace.

You also need to be flexible and ready to step in where needed in the business, and speaking Swedish fluently is a requirement as contact with customers occurs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
