We are looking for someone who wants to work both with business in the office and hands-on in the field.

This is a unique role for someone with a technical background, preferably an electrician, who wants to combine structure, project planning, and installation.

You will be a key person in the flow from the first idea to the finished solution.

About the role

The role is divided into two parts:

• Office: pre-project planning, quotes, business support, and structure
• Field (in the long term): installation and technical work

Initially, the role focuses on the office part. Fieldwork will be gradually added.

Responsibilities

Pre and post-project planning

• Assess technical prerequisites before business
• Prepare documentation for quotes
• Ensure that the solution and documentation are correct before installation

Quotes & business support

• Compile quotes
• Pre-project planning of BESS and solar installations
• Work in CRM
• Follow up on business and ensure that nothing gets stalled

Structure & flows

• Create order, routines, and flow charts
• Contribute to automation and efficiency
• Help build a scalable working method

Installation (in the long term)

• Participate in the installation of:
• Battery storage
• Energy systems
• Troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical support

Who we are looking for

We believe that you:

• Have an electrician background or strong technical installation experience
• Have experience with solar panels, batteries, or energy systems
• Are structured and enjoy order and flows
• Thrive both in the office and out in the field
• Are comfortable with digital systems and CRM
• Communicate clearly in Swedish

Meritorious:

• Project planning of solar installations
• Experience with battery storage and support services

Practical

• Scope: Start 60 %, with a goal to grow to 100 %
• Location: Varberg
• Start: By agreement
• Salary: By agreement
