We are looking for a Bonum Host/Property Manager in Malmö.

As a Bonum Host/Property Manager, you will work with Riksbyggen's Bonum concept, which focuses on housing for those aged 55 and over.

The Bonum Host at Riksbyggen is the one who works closest to the customer. The job includes arranging and participating in social activities that should be regularly organized.

In addition to social activities, the Bonum Host performs practical services for residents, such as hanging pictures or changing light bulbs, receiving orders for cleaning, purchases, or any needs the resident may have.

You will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our customers and become part of a team that manages daily property management.

In addition to Bonum services, there may be tasks such as supervision, gardening, snow removal, and ice control as needed (even on holidays), minor property repairs, customer contacts, purchasing materials, and maintenance of machines and hand tools.

You will work independently and have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

You contribute with your competence and engagement. We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. You have a high school education or vocational training with a focus on property management.

We value your social engagement, and it is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues.

It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work effectively.

As computers and phones are a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position requires a B driver's license and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

This is a permanent position. The location is Malmö, but work in other areas within the marketing area may occur.
