We are about 35 employees developing the business into a decentralized, customer-oriented, and environmentally adapted housing management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outdoor environment including lawn mowing, grass trimming, hedge trimming, painting, and clearing flower beds.
• Indoor environment including cleaning stairwells, recycling rooms, and laundry rooms.
• You need to be able to work well in a team.
• Make independent assessments - you need to be able to see when, for example, a laundry room is clean or dirty and take action. The same applies to other tasks.
• The work is physical and most of it takes place outdoors.
• You need to take safety regulations seriously and follow them.
• Working hours are 7 AM to 4 PM.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license category B.
• Driver's license category AM.
