Steam Hotel is now looking for a driven Team Leader for Locavore who wants to help create fantastic experiences in a unique environment. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, structure, and determination, who also has experience in creating and following schedules as well as coaching the team to success.

• Lead the team and ensure smooth operations on the floor

• Coordinate the daily work to provide guests with a fantastic experience.

• Support the team by being present, inspiring, and solution-oriented.

• Scheduling: You will assist the restaurant manager with certain schedule adjustments.

• Personnel responsibility for your team - you will be a key person in motivating and guiding the team during shifts.

• You report to --> restaurant manager Roxanna

• Experience in leadership within the restaurant or hotel industry.

• Strong coaching and development skills, with a focus on bringing out the best in each employee.

• An ability to create clear structure in a fast-paced and varied environment.

• Ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure.

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period Scope: Varying working hours day, evening & weekend Start date and salary: As soon as we find the right person Salary according to agreement and start date by arrangement
