Chamberlin Grill is the heart of Steam Hotel and has an industrial environment reminiscent of a vibrant New York. Our atmosphere is raw and rustic with clean and tasteful food combinations in accordance with the changing seasons, paired with fine wines with a special focus on New World wines.

In Chamberlin, you should feel comfortable and like one of the family. We wish all our guests and colleagues an experience that feels personal and playful. Our grill is a relaxed and lively place where we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, as well as our own "Brooklyn Brunch" on weekends.

You are a social person who is passionate about service and meeting people. You are punctual, thrive in a busy environment, and have a positive attitude. You are interested in food and drink, want to develop, and learn new things. You always have a laugh ready and enjoy collaborating with others to create an unforgettable stay for our guests.

We want you to have quick feet combined with a fantastic personality.

In addition, we believe you need:

• Experience working in a restaurant for at least 2 years

• Interest in people and sales

• You are both accustomed to and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• A true team player who never hesitates to go the extra mile for guests and your colleagues

About the position

Varied working hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Permanent part-time - 100% with a 6-month probationary period. Start date and salary according to agreement.
