Do you want to help open the market for the next generation of electric snowmobiles?

Vidde is not just building electric snowmobiles – “we are creating an entirely new category of sustainable off-road vehicles.” As a rapidly growing Swedish startup rooted in Norrland, Vidde aims to prove that electrification is not a compromise, but a technical and business advancement. We are now looking for a Sales Resource who can step in and help Vidde warm up the market for the next phase of our growth journey.

The assignment is part-time until May and is suitable for those who want to work relationship-building and business-oriented in a company with a strong vision and short decision-making paths.

The position is not location-dependent, and your primary tools will be a computer and phone.

About the position

As an interim B2B salesperson, you will work independently. Your main focus will be to create interest, build relationships, and lay the groundwork for concrete business deals so that Vidde stands strong when the permanent sales manager takes over in May.

Examples of tasks:

  • Identify and contact relevant B2B customers (e.g., companies with vehicle fleets, forestry, tourism, public actors).
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and dialogues where Vidde's offerings are introduced and positioned.
  • Act as an advisory sounding board regarding customers' transition from fossil to electric.
  • Follow up on leads, drive dialogues forward, and where possible contribute to closing deals.
  • Gather insights from the market and provide feedback to the CEO regarding customer needs, objections, and potential.

Who are you?

You who are applying have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology, vehicles, industry, or complex solutions.
  • The ability to quickly grasp new offerings and communicate value rather than product.
  • Good experience in building relationships from scratch.
  • A consultative approach; you build trust rather than “hard selling.”
  • Fluent Swedish and English.

You are a self-driven and proactive person who thrives in environments where there are no ready-made manuals, but where you take responsibility for driving the work forward. You are unpretentious and pragmatic, with a clear focus on making things happen rather than getting stuck in processes. At the same time, you have a genuine curiosity about sustainable technology and electrification and are driven to contribute to the green transition.

About the company

Vidde is a Swedish innovation company based in Jörn, right in the Norrland environment where our products are intended to be used. The company develops electric snowmobiles and off-road vehicles with the ambition to change how work and transportation in demanding environments can be carried out without fossil fuels and without compromising performance or user experience.

With strong technical expertise, a clear sustainability focus, and a distinct vision to create the next generation of off-road vehicles, Vidde is in an exciting growth phase. Here, startup mentality, fast decisions, and high ambitions combine with a long-term goal: to become a leading player in electrified off-road vehicles, rooted in Norrland and with a global market.
