About the position

As an installer at OSG, you will work with installation, service, maintenance, and repair of our products such as Speedgates, Security Locks, and Rotating Gates. You will start each morning from the office in Kumla and then work on-site with customers – often together with colleagues.

The work is practical, varied, and involves many customer meetings. You represent OSG on-site and ensure that the customer has a safe and professional experience.
The position involves approximately 1–2 overnight stays per week, mainly for installations in other locations. Work in other parts of Sweden may occur.

The position as a traveling installer is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by OSG.

Your tasks will include:

• Performing assembly and disassembly of our products
• Conducting service and maintenance
• Working with repairs and emergency service as needed
• Meeting customers and being OSG's face to the outside
• Contributing improvement suggestions at customer sites

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in mechanics and preferably some knowledge of electricity
• Is accustomed to using various hand tools
• Has good results from previous customer contacts
• Has worked as an installer or similar
• Has basic IT knowledge
• Speaks and writes Swedish and has English skills
• Holds a B driver's license

As a person, you are social, forward-thinking, and have a strong work ethic.
You are practical, enjoy working in a team but are also self-driven. You work systematically even when the pace is high and always represent OSG in the best way.
