Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a service-oriented person with experience in service and a clear interest in vehicles. In this role, you will be an important part of providing our customers with good service, performing simpler maintenance and inspection-related tasks, and supporting daily operations. The tasks include, among others:

• Professionally engage with customers, providing advice and information about services and products.

• Booking and planning of service cases, as well as communication with the workshop and parts department.

• Handle administrative tasks related to customer cases, documentation, and reporting.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient and safe workflow.

Your Background

• Experience in service work, preferably with customer contact and practical service tasks.

• Interest in vehicles and basic technical understanding; previous work in vehicle-related operations is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and experience in dealing with customers in various situations.

• Ability to work in a structured manner, be meticulous, and follow routines and checklists.

• DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED
