We are seeking employees to strengthen our operations in Öland, during the period from April 1 to September 30.

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our clients and become part of a team that manages daily operations. In addition to handling maintenance requests, residents and clients order smaller services such as repair tasks in homes and premises. Ongoing contact with residents, clients, and contractors is thus an essential part of the job. You will also handle the procurement of consumables and care for your own work equipment.

The role of property caretaker is varied and allows for independent work under your own responsibility. Your daily tasks include:

• Standard maintenance and repairs based on requests
• Troubleshooting
• Managing daily customer contacts
• Cleaning inspections

You will work on a mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you encounter in your work on your own. You will plan your workday together with your colleagues and your group manager.

You contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone who is curious, unpretentious, and helpful. We want you to have the ability to see and meet our clients' needs. We want you to be a team player who supports your colleagues. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our clients, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and capable of organizing your work efficiently.

You have a high school education and/or a vocational education with a focus on property management or administration. Experience in trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing is an advantage.

Since computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position requires a B driver's license and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

This is a seasonal full-time position from April 1 to September 30, 2026. The location is in Öland, but work in other areas within the market area may occur.
