Do you want to lead with both heart and business focus? You have overall responsibility for the customer center, drive the business forward, and are a present, unpretentious leader who steps in and supports daily operations when needed.

RAMIRENT is one of Europe's leading equipment rental companies. We provide machine and safety solutions to both the construction industry and other sectors, aiming to increase safety and efficiency at workplaces. Our customer centers are located throughout the country, from Kiruna in the north to Trelleborg in the south. Ramirent operates in nine countries (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland) and has been part of the Loxam Group since 2019, the largest in Europe and the fourth largest equipment rental company in the world. Ramirent's values are “Smooth Service with a Smile” - which means we treat both customers and colleagues with respect, kindness, and commitment. You will be part of a workplace with a good atmosphere, strong cohesion, and good support from the organization. There is a strong focus on competence and development opportunities, and your contributions are recognized.

As a Customer Center Manager, you have overall responsibility for the customer center's operations. You lead the team, drive the business, and ensure high service, good profitability, and long-term customer relationships. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you are expected to be present in daily operations and contribute in various roles as needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Personnel responsibility including employee and salary discussions
  • Responsibility for work environment and systematic work environment management (SAM)
  • Financial responsibility for the customer center: budget, invoicing, and result monitoring
  • Sales and relationship-building work with customers as well as conducting customer visits
  • Collaboration and experience exchange with other customer centers within the district

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a business-minded and engaged leader who understands what it means to run a profitable business. You have a clear business mindset and take responsibility for results by working in a structured, proactive, and forward-leaning manner. At the same time, you are unpretentious and see the value of teamwork; it is natural for you to support the team operationally when needed.

As a person, you are curious and solution-oriented, with a desire to develop both people and working methods. You are flexible in your approach, thrive in a changing everyday life, and find it easy to build trusting relationships with both employees and customers as well as partners.

You have previous management or leadership experience, good computer skills, and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license (B) is required. Experience in sales, equipment rental, or the construction industry is an advantage, as well as knowledge of the terminology and processes of the construction industry.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by our client Ramirent, but all inquiries should be directed to Henna Vaalto at StudentConsulting: [email protected].

We are working with ongoing selection, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate. Welcome with your application today!
