JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a trained care assistant who wants to join our home care team? We are now recruiting two care assistants for Home Care to ensure that our elderly and those in need of care and support receive help in their own homes.

In health and care, we work to maintain a high-quality service that adds value for our users. You will work with users based on individual needs, providing personal care and service in the user's home. The work also includes delegated health and medical tasks.

We use the planning system TES for daily work and document digitally via Treserva. Some of our users also use GPS alarms, and we have digital locks and medical cabinets, which requires you to be comfortable using digital solutions in your work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant, responsible, and has the courage to think innovatively in your role.

We prefer that you have experience working with individuals with dementia, mental health issues, and/or palliative care. Previous experience with medication and insulin delegation is an advantage.

As documentation is part of the job, we expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You can work independently and are not afraid to make your own decisions. As a person, you have a knack for meeting and communicating with elderly people and seeing the individual. You have good collaboration skills and are attentive. In addition, there are high demands on your flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.

A driving license (B) is a requirement for this position.
