We at Vårdcentralen Slöinge are now looking for a District Nurse/Nurse.

Job Responsibilities

Working as a district nurse/nurse at our health center involves an exciting variety of tasks. You will, among other things, work with telephone advice, appointment bookings, provide our patients with advice via chat, as well as patient assessments and reception work. All of this in close collaboration with other staff at the health center.

We see that you want to participate with us in the exciting work of continuing to meet our patients' needs and maintaining high medical quality.

It is important for us that care is provided with the patient in focus, respect for the individual, and good teamwork between professions.

About the Workplace

Slöinge is a vibrant countryside with engaged and creative residents who care for each other and their health center. The health center is located along the motorway between Halmstad and Falkenberg. Vårdcentralen Slöinge is the small health center with the big heart.

District nurse, doctor’s office, and child health center are offered on-site. We have a close collaboration with the health center in Falkenberg regarding treatment with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and social workers. We also take responsibility for the elderly care home located next to the health center, and the collaboration with municipal nurses works well.

Something we are very proud of is our high accessibility, both in terms of appointment times and via phone. We create this by working together, helping each other, and driving development work to make our health center as good as possible for our patients. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed District Nurse/Nurse. We would like you to have previous experience working at a health center and knowledge of systems.

You are good at maintaining good relationships through collaboration, both with your closest colleagues and with other professions in the organization. Here we work closely with patients, which requires you to have a good attitude and to consider the individual patient's needs. Furthermore, you have the ability to adapt to new working methods and new situations as no two workdays are alike. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license is required for the position.
