TrädgårdsVis AB is a local gardening and outdoor environment company based in Kisa. We manage and develop outdoor environments for private customers, companies, and housing associations/property companies in Kinda and surrounding areas. About the role

You will work operationally with gardening and outdoor environments for private customers, companies, and housing associations/property companies. The role is practical with a clear focus on quality, safety, and customer interaction. You will be based at the depot in Kisa where the office, machines, and tools are located.

Job responsibilities

• Lawn mowing (including ride-on mowers)
• Trimming/edging
• Hedge trimming
• Weeding and maintenance of flower beds/plantings
• Pruning
• Planting
• Leaf management and blowing
• Winter work: snow removal and ice prevention (snow/ice)
• Clearing in the forest (mainly winter/year-round as needed)
• Machine care and basic maintenance
• Customer contact and reporting

Requirements (must)

• 1–3 years of experience in gardening/outdoor environment/property maintenance
• Machine experience: hand tools and ride-on mowers
• Driving license B
• Experience driving trailer (daily)
• Swedish in speech and writing (customer dialogue and simple reporting)
• Good physical condition and enjoys outdoor work in varying weather
• Digital skills (mobile/computer, time reporting and documentation)
• Safety-conscious and responsible for quality

Meritorious

• B96 or BE (heavy trailer)
• Experience/training: chainsaw and/or brush cutter
• Experience in snow removal/ice prevention
