We are looking for an experienced and meticulous welder specialized in MIG/MAG who also possesses broad skills in advanced assembly work. You will work with the manufacturing, assembly, and joining of complex structures in a varied and technically challenging environment.
We seek someone who is self-driven, responsible, and has an eye for detail.

• Welding with MIG/MAG according to applicable standards
• Advanced assembly of mechanical components and structures
• Read and work from technical drawings
• Measure and ensure quality of your work
• Contribute to an efficient and structured production flow

• Documented experience in MIG/MAG welding
• Relevant education in welding (e.g., IWS, vocational industrial education or equivalent)
• Very good skills in reading drawings
• Experience in more advanced assembly is a requirement
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Forklift or overhead crane certification is a plus

• Meticulous and quality-conscious
• Solution-oriented and technically interested
• Takes responsibility and works well both independently and in a team
• Flexible and comfortable in a varied work pace

We typically start with a fixed-term employment to allow both you and us to get to know each other properly before transitioning to a permanent position with IQ or one of our client companies. Depending on your background and references, it may also be possible to offer a permanent position right from the start.

You will receive a fixed monthly salary and other compensations according to the technical agreement, which is the collective agreement we and most of our clients are affiliated with.
