JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of our LSS pool, you will cover for short-term absences in our various LSS operations. The work can take place in several units and is suitable for those who enjoy variety and can quickly adapt to new situations. Flexible shift changes may occur, and you need to be able to work independently, structured, and with a good attitude regardless of where you are.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have:

• A genuine interest in working with people with functional variations.
• Are secure, independent, and solution-focused. You can create structure and security even in new environments.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Enjoy a varied job and can quickly adapt to needs.
• Experience with the target group is an advantage, but personal suitability is equally important.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• A driving license (B) is required.

The position involves day, evening, and weekend work. Flexibility is important, and you need to be prepared for rapid changes in the schedule.
