About Us

Närhälsan Munkedal health center is a well-functioning and appreciated workplace with approximately 8,500 registered patients.

At the health center, there are five general practitioners, five training doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, care coordinators, medical secretaries, podiatrist, and psychologist. We also have a specialized unit for young people with mental health issues (UPH), as well as close collaboration with rehabilitation clinics, youth clinics, and family centers.

We continuously work on improvement efforts both within clinical work and to maintain a good work environment where we care for each other, thrive, and develop. About the Job

Your tasks at the health center span a wide range and include general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. You will work with outpatient care and digital healthcare meetings in primary care.

You and your colleagues form a team with the opportunity to develop the operations. We achieve success together in a stimulating learning environment with open doors and a welcoming climate. The role also includes supervision of ST and AT doctors and medical students, which is an important part of our mission to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities, such as continuous further education of ten days per year.

About You

You are a licensed physician with specialist training in general medicine with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale, are a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who can work independently but still wants to participate in the development of the operations. In your work, you will meet many different patients, so it is important that you are attentive and have a good demeanor. You thrive in teamwork, and for you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work.

Other

The position is a one-year temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Dialogue can be held regarding the degree of employment and assignments. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
