The location for the positions is Gothenburg or Halmstad.

As a Business Systems Consultant at SEIDOR, you will work consultatively to implement, develop, and manage customers' business systems. The role combines business understanding, system competence, and customer dialogue.

You will work closely with the customer's operations to understand needs, simplify complex processes, and translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Projects are often carried out together with colleagues in Sweden and internationally – not least with our team in Spain. There is an opportunity to work abroad for both shorter and longer periods.

You have a clear consulting profile and thrive in the intersection of business, systems, and people. You are social, communicative, and have the ability to make the complex simple. You find it energizing and exciting to experience different companies and their operations.

SEIDOR is in an expansive phase and is therefore looking for consultants who have experience with SAP Cloud ERP, SAP B1 Cloud, or other equivalent business systems, either as a consultant or as a superuser. We are primarily looking for individuals with a solid understanding of business economics and a degree in finance at the university level.

Knowledge of Supply Chain or Field Service is an advantage, as well as very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You may currently work as an ERP consultant, CFO, controller, or in a leadership role within Finance/Logistics and feel the urge to sit on the other side of the table.

 Confident in planning, estimating your work time, and charging for customer benefits rather than for time.
