We are now looking for two employees for parental leave positions in our fantastic team in Surte/Bohus.

Job responsibilities

In home care, you will perform care and service tasks according to the Social Services Act. You will support and motivate individuals in their daily lives through a responsive, flexible, and professional approach with a focus on the individual's self-determination. Your work will include documentation according to the Social Services Act.

We work with fixed care contacts, which means that you, together with your colleagues, are a key person in the network around the care recipient. We offer you a meaningful, educational, and varied job. Working in care and support makes a difference in the daily lives of those who need your support and help.

Your work will also include performing prescribed and delegated tasks from home healthcare, as well as documenting these according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Ale home care uses digital signing of HSL services, digital locks, and mobile documentation. Ale home care provides care between 06:30 and 22:00. Flexible schedule, evening shifts, and working every other weekend.

Qualifications

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. A B driver's license and the ability to cycle are required. Being a trained nursing assistant is an advantage. Experience working in healthcare and home care is also an advantage.

In your position, you will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as working independently. We are looking for someone with a good attitude and approach. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations.

We apply a language test as part of the assessment during hiring.
