JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of production leader at the Haparanda prison, you will work alongside other production leaders to introduce and guide clients placed in the carpentry workshop. In your daily contact with the inmates, your work will contribute to the clients' learning as well as help them reflect on their situation. You will also be responsible for maintaining machines and conducting quality controls. Additionally, you will have customer contact with existing external clients and be responsible for finding new clients.

After the introduction, you will be responsible for the daily operations as a production leader. You will plan, distribute tasks, and ensure that our deliveries are made on time. You will also participate in the production work yourself. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for production planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and self-aware. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have well-founded and clear values. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled. You have the ability to make correct assessments and priorities. You have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and adapt your way of conveying messages based on the recipient's conditions. We consider it important that you have safety awareness regarding both the work environment and client safety. You should also have a physical condition that allows you to act physically if the situation requires it.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary school education in the form of a diploma or secondary school certificate.
• Documented work experience in carpentry/construction wood production
• Good computer skills
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• Driver's license (B).

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience in carpentry/construction.
• Experience in a guiding role.
• Experience in marketing
• Experience with CNC
• Wheel loader training
• Relevant language skills.
