Baker Assistant Wanted at ICA Kvantum Kiruna

Do you want to work with bread, pastries, and customer service in a modern store environment? ICA Kvantum Kiruna is now looking for a baker assistant for 30 hours per week in our in-store bakery. About the Position

As a baker assistant with us, you will primarily work with bake-off, which involves baking and handling pre-produced dough and bake-off products. The focus is on providing our customers with fresh bread and pastries of high quality every day.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Baking bread and bake-off products
• Preparation and display of bread and pastries in the store
• Ensuring good quality, freshness, and availability
• Following routines for hygiene, food safety, and self-control
• Contributing to a positive customer experience in the store

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has an interest in baking, food, or retail
• Enjoys physical work and a sometimes fast-paced environment
• Is meticulous, responsible, and self-driven
• Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in baking, bake-off, or grocery retail is an advantage but not a requirement
