We are looking for an engaged, service-oriented, and flexible team member who wants to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This is a shared role where you will work both as a Meeting & Event Host and a Retreat Club Host depending on the season. With us, you will have the chance to work with everything from conferences and corporate events to relaxing retreats – where your hosting makes a difference.

Responsibilities as Meeting & Event Host

As a Meeting & Event Host, you will help execute conferences and events in a way that exceeds guests' expectations. You will act as a link between guests and the various departments of the hotel to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks:

• Welcome and guide conference bookers, ensuring they have the information they need, and provide support for questions and solve problems that may arise during the conference.
• Give welcome speeches for conference groups.
• Ensure that conference rooms are in perfect condition before, during, and after events, and ensure that all technical equipment functions correctly.
• Serve and replenish conference refreshments.
• Prepare administrative tasks for upcoming conferences.

Responsibilities as Retreat Club Host

As a Retreat Club Host, you thrive on providing first-class service and creating an environment where our guests can relax and have the best experience. You are also proactive, communicative, and place the guest's needs at the center.

Your tasks:

• Welcome and introduce guests to our Retreat Club.
• Guide guests in our spa ritual - Ivory Experience.
• Keep order and ensure that everything looks nice and inviting for our guests.

Qualifications:Experience in the service, hotel, or spa industry is a plus but not a requirement.

Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Proactive and flexible with a strong ability to work in a team.

Good ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.

Not afraid to be in the spotlight or speak in front of groups of people.

About the position and recruitment process

Employment type: Permanent position, 75% (possibility for extra hours exists). The position includes evening and weekend work. Start date and salary according to agreement. Application deadline: 27/1. We will start interviews continuously, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
