JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a driver for Lidingö municipality's Transport Service, your duties include driving scheduled trips for individuals within LSS and elderly care. The Transport Service has a close and well-functioning collaboration with housing, home care, day activities, and daily operations within LSS and elderly care.

As a driver with us, you work independently in contact with customers and our partners. Together with your colleagues, you take joint responsibility for the operation. Your duties also include ensuring that the bus is kept in good condition and maintaining ongoing contact throughout the day with customers, partners, and coordinators via phone/email.

QUALIFICATIONS

We expect you to have a taxi driver's license and be available to work as needed during the spring and large parts of the summer months of June, July, and August. You need to have digital maturity and be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Drivers hold a significant amount of trust from both customers and relatives. Therefore, it is important that you are calm, stress-resistant, and flexible in your interactions with different people. You have good collaboration skills and are confident in your role.

The municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
