About the role

As the CEO of Möbelmästarna, you will have overall responsibility for the operations, with a clear focus on organization, people, and business. The mission is to create stability, sustainability, and a good working environment where both employees and the business can develop.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the organization with a focus on work environment, culture, and group dynamics

• Ensuring clear communication, follow-up, and common goals

• Working strategically with HR and personnel issues to strengthen engagement and reduce employee turnover

• Being confident in handling challenging situations and difficult conversations

• Conducting a review of the company – organization, working methods, business model, and structure

• Developing and implementing a clear plan for continued development

• Being responsible for purchases and business decisions

• Creating consensus around purpose, direction, and priorities

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a stable and development-oriented leader who wants to take full responsibility and build for the long term.

You have:

• Experience in leading people and organizations

• A secure, clear, and present leadership style

• The ability to take responsibility even in demanding and complex situations

• Good communication skills and a trustworthy style

• Business acumen and an understanding of how structure, people, and results are interconnected

• A strong understanding of organizations and a genuine interest in improving and developing

Previous experience as a CEO is not a requirement – what matters is that you have had clear leadership responsibility and are ready to take the next step.
