In production in Vetlanda, we are looking for reinforcement for several departments. The tasks may vary depending on placement and may include:

• Wood processing
• Assembly
• Surface treatment
• Material handling
• Refilling and preparation of production lines
• Quality control and registration in business or production systems

We mainly work in 2-shifts, but day, night, and weekend shifts also occur. The employment is temporary, but there is a possibility of extension or permanent employment.

YOUR PROFILE

To thrive and succeed in the role, we prefer that you have:

• High school education, preferably with an industrial or industrial technology focus
• Experience in industrial work, preferably related to wood processing, CNC, planing, assembly, or surface treatment
• Forklift license A/B – meritorious and in some roles a requirement
• Basic computer skills for simple registration and system management
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

THIS IS YOU

You have experience from the wood industry or similar production and have a clear focus on quality in what you do. You are meticulous, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility for ensuring that the work is done correctly – even when the pace is high.

In your work, you are self-driven and take your own initiatives when something needs to be solved, while also being a team player who contributes to the group and production functioning as a whole. You enjoy working in a team, are helpful to colleagues, and have a good service sense towards other departments.

You are flexible and adaptable in a daily life where conditions can change, and you have the ability to maintain focus and structure even in more stressful situations.
